American Security Rx provides California Security Prescription that are compliant with the new requirements mandated by the assembly bill 1753 effective January 1^st, 2019.

Our tamper-resistant California Security Prescription forms have the security features specified by the California Board of Pharmacy and Justice department.

American Security Rx offers three prescription sizes:

– 4.25 x 5.5 inches (S-425 & D-425)
– 8 x 3.5 inches (S-800 & D-800)
– 8.5 X 5.5 inches (S-850 & D-850).

Each prescription pad contains 100 prescriptions for the Single form and 50 prescriptions (100 sheets) for the Duplicate form. You can order 500 prescriptions or any multiples thereof (500, 1000, 2500, and 5000).
