Due to the customized nature of much of our product, sometimes “returning” is not a viable option.

Here is a list of things that can go wrong that we cannot be responsible for:

·       Typos on customer-submitted information. This includes spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors that were made by the customer.

·       Ordering an incorrect quantity. We are not responsible when you accidentally order too much or too little, order the wrong size, choose the wrong type, or order the wrong product.

·       Damages to printed products or services that occur after delivery to the customer.

·       Shipping charges that occur because of shipping-related errors caused by the customer.

We do our best to catch any of the above mistakes and contact you if further instruction is needed. Still we strongly urge you to carefully spend a few moments proofing and double-checking all information and selections. If a change is needed the request must be in writing and within 24 hours of placing the order with confirmation of the change being received. If cancellation must be made it must be submitted in writing with confirmation of cancellation being received. If an order has been sent to print changes-including cancellations-can no longer be made. 

Within 24 hours of receiving your order – whether via fax, email or our online website americansecurityrx.com – we will process your order. Fax and email orders sometimes may not be accepted and you may be asked to place the order online for the following reasons: current high demand – so orders must be given an order number as this is the best way to place an order to ensure it not missed, instructions are unclear, and/or request are made without the necessary information provided. Purchase Orders or POs also may not be used in replacement of an order form, email, or fax order.  Please contact us at 858-715-1415 for any instructions on the best way to place your order, we do our best to accommodate to our customers unique needs. If a proof has been sent, confirmed and approved, your order will then be printed and shipped out as long as the shipping address is registered under a provider’s DEA or CA Lic. (PO Boxes are not accepted since these products require a signature).

Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 30 days of delivery of your order. Photos of defects or deficiencies may also be requested. Use the contact information above to submit a claim.
